The Operating Assistance Grant program provides funding assistance to local, non-profit organizations that provide recreational or cultural programming for County of Grande Prairie residents.  Under this grant program, applicants may apply for Operating Funds, Programming funds or Capital funds to a maximum of $5,000.  If applying for capital funds (up to $5,000) under this grant program, you are required to provide two quotes.

• Recreation board/service area you’re applying to
• Organization name
• Mailing address
• Telephone number
• Email address
• Registered Society or Charity number (if applicable)
• Funding received by the County in previous year (if applicable)
• Funding received by other sources
• Program/project you are requesting funds for
• Goals/objectives of the program/project 
• Organization’s membership 
• Volunteer/fundraising efforts
• Financial estimates (expenses/revenues for current fiscal year)
• Organization Financial statement
